Our Panang curry sauce is a rich, aromatic Thai curry sauce with a thick, creamy texture and balanced heat. It is  a blend of dried chilies, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime zest, garlic, and spices—simmered with coconut milk until smooth and velvety. This sauce is characteristically less soupy than other Thai curries, with a slightly sweet, savory flavor profile accented by kaffir lime leaves and often finished with palm sugar and fish sauce for depth and balance.
